Sir Malcolm Rifkind

Before becoming the representative of Kensington & Chelsea,
Sir Malcom Rifkind served as a high-ranking member of the Cabinet under both Margeret Thatcher and John Major.
In 1995 his role changed and was Foreign Secretary untill 1997 when the Conservative Party lost the general election to Labour.
